• This CTO portal features the Quarterly Tourism Climatic Bulletin, as well as regional outlooks and technical reports from the Caribbean Institute for Meteorology and Hydrology. The Caribbean Tourism Climatic Bulletin seeks to provide a broad overview of climate conditions and communicate tourism implications up to 3 to 6 months in advance, for use by the regional tourism (public and private sector) stakeholders.
