The Blue Economy–Cultural Livelihood–Ecosystem Conservation Triangle: The African Experience

This research article presents case studies of cultural livelihood in Africa and ultimately proposes the adoption of a collaborative framework which mixes the top-down and bottom-up approaches to blue economy management.
